Single Family Homes  

The average sell price of a single family home for the month of August 2024 is $915,565. Up 3.99% from $880,469 in August 2023. 

91 single family units listed in the month of August 2024, no change from 91 in August 2023.  

 

64 residential units reported sold, up 58.45% from 42 in August 2023. 

 

The sell price/list price ratio on single family homes is 98.21%, down slightly from 98.68% in August of last year.  

 

On average, it currently takes 50 days to sell a single family home. Homes are selling slower, compared to 42 days in August 2023. 

There are currently 226 active single family homes listed, up 39.50% from 162 in August 2023. 

 

Condos

The average sell price of a condo for the month of August 2024 is $489,305 Up 10.70% from $442,007 in August 2023. 

28 condo units listed in the month of August 2024, up from the 18 units listed in August 2023. 

 

14 condos reported sold, no change from 14 in August 2023. 

The sell price/list price ratio on condos is 97.95%, down from 100.47% in August of last year.  

 

On average, it currently takes 75 days to sell a condo. Condos are selling 141% slower, compared to 31 days in August 2023.

Single Family Homes 

The average sell price of a single family home for the month of July 2024 is $850,999. Up 3.15% from $824,993 in July 2023. 

 

95 single family units listed in the month of July 2024, up from 73 in July 2023.  

56 residential units reported sold, down 8.20% from 61 in July 2023. 

 

The sell price/list price ratio on single family homes is 97.31%, down slightly from 99.49% in July of last year.  

 

On average, it currently takes 44 days to sell a single family home. Homes are selling slower, compared to 34 days in July 2023. 

 

There are currently 235 active single family homes listed, up 67.85% from 140 in July 2023. 

 

Condos

The average sell price of a condo for the month of July 2024 is $488,626. Up 1.94% from $479,318 in July 2023. 

 

36 condo units listed in the month of July 2024, up from the 24 units listed in July 2023.
