Single Family Homes 

The average sell price of a single family home for the month of  February 2023 is $816,735. Down 14.12% from $951,004 in February 2022.

 

79 single family units listed in the month of  February 2023, up from 65 in February 2022. 

39 residential units reported sold, down 17.02% from 47 in February 2022.

 

The sell price/list price ratio on single family homes is  97.58%, down from 106.82% in February of last

year. 

 

On average, it currently takes 78 days to sell a single family home. Homes are selling 254.55% slower,

compared to 22 days in  February 2022.

 

There are currently 152 active single family homes listed, up 192.31% from 52 in February2022.

 

Condos 

The average sell price of a condo for the month of February 2023 is $319,626. Down 1.46% from

$324,353  in February 2022.

The sell price/list price ratio on single family homes is  96.71%, down from 104.37% in January of last

year. 

 

On average, it currently takes 70 days to sell a single family home. Homes are selling 218.18% slower,

compared to 22 days in  January 2022.

 

There are currently 135 active single family homes listed, up 187.23% from 47 in January 2022.

The average sell price of a condo for the month of January 2023 is $434,409.  Up 10.82% from
