The average sell price of a single family home for the month of  November 2022 is $786,279. Down 8.46% from $858,975 in November 2021.

 

46 single family units listed in the month of  November 2022, down from 52 in November  2021. 

41 residential units reported sold, down 33.87% from 62 in November 2021.

 

The sell price/list price ratio on single family homes is  96.88%, down from 102.85% in November of last

year. 

 

On average, it currently takes 64 days to sell a single family home. Homes are selling 93.94% slower,

compared to 33 days in  November 2021.

 

There are currently 175 active single family homes listed, up 113.90% from 48 in November 2021.

The average sell price of a condo for the month of November 2022 is $386,519. Down 0.28% from
