Single Family Homes  

The average sell price of a single family home for the month of May 2024 is $894,601. Up 6.68% from $838,598 in May 2023. 

  

138 single family units listed in the month of May 2024, up from 107 in May 2023.  

78 residential units reported sold, down 20.41% from 98 in May 2023. 

  

The sell price/list price ratio on single family homes is 98.70%, up slightly from 98.47% in May of last year.  

  

On average, it currently takes 48 days to sell a single family home. Homes are selling slower, compared to 43 days in May 2023. 

  

There are currently 215 active single family homes listed, up 33.06% from 154 in May 2023. 

  

Condos  

The average sell price of a condo for the month of May 2024 is $384,570 Down 6.96% from $413,343 in May 2023. 

  

30 condo units listed in the month of May 2024, down from the 31 units listed in May 2023.

66 residential units reported sold, up 3.12% from 64 in April 2023. 

 

The sell price/list price ratio on single family homes is 99.73%, up slightly from 98.59% in April of last year.  

 

On average, it currently takes 33 days to sell a single family home. Homes are selling at the same rate, compared to 33 days in April 2023. 

 

There are currently 188 active single family homes listed, up 11.24% from 169 in April 2023. 

 

Condos  

The average sell price of a condo for the month of April 2024 is $344,647. Down 9.31% from $380,019 in April 2023.
