Single Family Homes 

The average sell price of a single family home for the month of  April 2022 is $910,178 Up
16.17% from $783,458 in April 2021.
 
126 single family units listed in the month of  April 2022, up from 114 in April  2021. 

89 residential units reported sold, down 15.24% from 105 in April 2021.
 
The sell price/list price ratio on single family homes is  102.93%, down from 105.34% in April of last
year. 

On average, it currently takes 18 days to sell a single family home. Homes are selling 28.57% slower,
compared to 14 days in  April 2021.

There are currently 117 active single family homes listed, up 39.28% from 84 in April 2021.
 
Condos 

The average sell price of a condo for the month of April 2022 is $468,908. Up 31.07% from
$357,762 in April 2021.


26 condo units listed in the month of  April 2022, down from the 35 units listed in April 2021.
20 condos reported sold, down 23.08% from 26 in April 2021.

The sell price/list price ratio on condos is 106.11%, up from 101.90% in April of last year. 

On average, it currently takes  26 days to sell a condo. Condos are selling 30.00% faster, compared to 20 days in April 2021.
There are currently 27 active condos listed, down 18.18%  from 33 in April 2021.

Townhouses 

The average sell price of a townhouse for the month of  April 2022 is $636,933 Up 20.39% from
$529,054 in  April 2021.

32 townhouse units were listed in the month of  April 2022, up from 27 in April 2021.

18 townhouse units reported sold, down 25.00% from 24 in April 2021.

The sell price/list price ratio on townhouses is 102.50%, up from 100.80% in  April of last year.  
On average, it currently takes 29 days to sell a townhouse.
Townhouses are selling 17.14% faster, compared to 35 days in  April 2021.

25.86% from $769,491 in March 2021.
 
141 single family units listed in the month of  March 2022, up from 130 in March  2021. 
87 residential units reported sold, down 3.33% from 90 in March 2021.
 
The sell price/list price ratio on single family homes is  104.57%, down from 104.78% in March of last
year. 
On average, it currently takes 18 days to sell a single family home. Homes are selling 10.00% slower,
compared to 20 days in  March 2021.
There are currently 94 active single family homes listed, up 14.63% from 82 in March 2021.
 
Condos 
The average sell price of a condo for the month of March 2022 is $385,352. Up 2.76% from
$374,998 in March 2021.
31 condo units listed in the month of  March 2022, no change from the 31 units listed in March 2021.
25 condos reported sold, down 30.56% from 36 in March 2021.
The sell price/list price ratio on condos is 104.10%, up from 99.74% in March of last year. 
On average, it currently takes 18 days to sell a condo. Condos are selling 56.10% faster, compared to
41 days in March 2021.

The average sell price of a townhouse for the month of  March 2022 is $709,026. Up 31.19% from
$540,438 in  March 2021.

The sell price/list price ratio on townhouses is 105.59%, up from 102.01% in  March of last year.

The sell price/list price ratio on single family homes is  107.02%, up from 101.76% in February of last

year. 

 


On average, it currently takes 22  days to sell a single family home. Homes are selling 46.34% faster,

compared to 41 days in  February 2021.

 


There are currently 52 active single family homes listed, no change from 52 in February 2021.

 


Condos

 

The average sell price of a condo for the month of February 2022 is $334,635. down 4.81% from

$351,553 in February 2021.

The sell price/list price ratio on single family homes is 104.48%, up from 100.71% in January of last year. 

 

On average, it currently takes 21 days to sell a single family home. Homes are selling 56.25% faster, compared to 48 days in January 2021.

 

There are currently 47 active single family homes listed, down 16% from 56 in January 2021.

 

Condos

The average sell price of a condo for the month of January 2022 is $391,992. Up 52.01% from $257,879 in January 2021.

 

15 condo units listed in the month of January 2022, down from 23 in January 2021.

The sell price/list price ratio on condos is 86.67%, up from 82.61% in January of last year.

The sell price/list price ratio on single family homes is 108.33%, down from 180.00% in December of last year. 

On average, it currently takes 26 days to sell a single family home. Homes are selling 45.83% faster, compared to 48 days in December 2020.

There are currently 34 active single family homes listed, down 43% from 60 in December 2020.

The sell price/list price ratio on single-family homes is 85.37%, down from 126.83% in September of last year. 

On average, it currently takes 28 days to sell a single-family home. Homes are selling 51.72% faster, compared to 58 days in September 2020.

There are currently 86 active single-family homes listed, down 55% from 134 in September 2020.
